SAML Service-Provider Initiated Flow
Our SAML login will now issue a SAML request to Identity Providers (IdP), rather than linking to the IdP and requiring the IdP-initiated flow. This should make for a better experience in every situation we could think of, but the old behavior will still be available via a plain link on our login form, should it be preferred.
